DIY Makeup Storage Hacks: 3 Ways to Repurpose Your Packaging - Makeup and Beauty Blog

If your figurative makeup storage cup currently runneth over, take a look at what you accept around your apartment/house/condo/igloo/yacht. There's a skilful chance y'all have at least one of the three items below, which you can repurpose for more than makeup storage.

1. Shopping bag gets a haircut

Trim the summit section from a shopping pocketbook (I similar using MAC numberless for this), and then yous tin stash makeup in the bottom part.

One other nice affair about this hack is that you can trim the bags down to any height you lot need. 🙂

Got lots of products? Then trim lots of numberless — some for compacts, pencils, lipsticks, blushes, etc.

ii. Resurrect old gift boxes

If you have whatsoever boxes with lids that are about the same height as the boxes themselves, you can repurpose both the hat and the box.

This ane here is from an Oribe souvenir ready, and I'm using it to store makeup compacts in cracking, little rows…

If the lids and boxes are of a similar height (and sometimes even if they're not), you tin save infinite by stacking them on top of each other.

3. Cutting that carton!

Got a cute carton? Y'all can give it a new job past cutting information technology down the eye and taping the ends in place, and then use it to store blushes, eyeshadows, or whatever you'd like.
